On top of its open coil spring system, the mattress features layers of resilient polyester fillings with a medium loft deep quilted damask top cover. 

Deep quilting is a process that stitches together the outer damask cover to the top layers of fillings to reduce the possibility of upholstery movement.

The open coil spring unit, also known as a Bonnell spring system, is made up of rows of hourglass shaped springs that are connected at the top and bottom by a spiral wire, known as a helical wire.

The mattress border is strengthened by a thick, rod-edge wire that helps to avoid border breakdown and allows you the full width of the sleeping surface.

Our delivery times are between 8am and 6pm and someone must be present to sign for the goods.

Damages

Check all packaging is in good order. If the packaging is damaged still accept the goods but state on the paperwork "packaging damaged". If there is damage we will have the item replaced and the damaged item uplifted.

Late Delivery

We offer no compensation for loss of earnings, storage of goods or other costs incurred due to late delivery.
