On top of its open coil spring system, the mattress features layers of resilient polyester fillings with a medium loft deep quilted damask top cover.
Deep quilting is a process that stitches the outer damask cover to the top layers of fillings, reducing the chance of upholstery movement.
The open coil spring unit, also known as a Bonnell spring system, is made up of rows of hourglass shaped springs connected at the top and bottom by a spiral wire, known as a helical wire.
The mattress border is strengthened by a thick, rod-edge wire that helps to avoid border breakdown and allows you to use the full width of the sleeping surface.

Damages
Check all packaging is in good order. If the packaging is damaged still accept the goods but state on the paperwork "packaging damaged". If there is damage we will have the item replaced and the damaged item uplifted.
